Check-in inline was easy, with no waiting in store! While getting my hair cut, I also had my year old 5 son with me to get his neck trimmed. The team did did a great job with COVID protocols and accommodating our needs. I am very impressed with the quality hair cut I received.

once the initial wait was over from covid, you can almost walk in for a cut.
on sign in with the tablet you should have a check box to advise if you are a senior so when they ring you up you wouldnt need to ask them to change it to the senior discount which by the way is a great offering...

Did not have to wait long. Staff very friendly ask you how you want your hair and make sure you are satisfied with result. Staff show an interest in you with their conversation. Very positive no negativity after the prolonged shutdown and the hardship they have endured. Follow pandemic restrictions make you feel safe.
