Did not have to wait long. Staff very friendly ask you how you want your hair and make sure you are satisfied with result. Staff show an interest in you with their conversation. Very positive no negativity after the prolonged shutdown and the hardship they have endured. Follow pandemic restrictions make you feel safe.

Love the set up watching sports and getting a cut. The staff is always great.
The only thing I hate is when you walk in you get this VERY generic business welcome. All the staff " welcome to Sports clips" Seems forced.
Would rather have the closest hairdresser to the door say Hello, welcome we will be right with you talk to me like I'm a human.

OK, that's it, otherwise, I love going to North London Sports Clips.

Lucy was above and beyond great stylest . Very detailed and thorough and I know my hair is difficult.
The place is clean and in general all is 10/10.
The wait time is long probably due to COVID-19 there are two stylists only out of 6 chairs but I know this temporary and all will be more efficient again

The staff is always courteous, friendly and knowledgeable! The skills that these stylists possess is much appreciated, and it has insured that I only come to Sport Clips when I want a cut. One recommendation is to use the online waiting list as sometimes the wait in-store is lengthy, if online pre-registration is not done. The website will tell you when its best to arrive, so one is not waiting around for a stylist.
