I'm glad they set up a new shop at West Oaks mall, despite there was no visible sign but I was glad to find out where it was. The smell of fresh cookies out of the oven really brought a great aroma to the atmosphere.

I have ordered cookies and cookie bouquets many, many times. I have always been so well treated by the person answering the phone. The cookies are fresh,decorated and cute to look at. So much fun to send them instead if flowers unless I send a floral cookie bouquet.

The staff at Cookies by Design Cincinnati are terrific. They went the extra mile in preparing our cookie order so that they met the theme of the occasion (retirement), and they went out of their way to deliver the cookies to the the requested location even though we were originally supposed to pick them up. We are so grateful for their kindness and total competence. Absolutely delicious cookies and superb staff.
