Everything about the ordering to the delivery to the actual cookies was just perfect. Customer support was wonderful. I need to quickly change the delivery date and I was really happy to reach a real person on the phone and be assured that this was not a problem. I sent a new baby zoo animal cookie bouquet with balloons with a side order of brownies and it was perfect. The new parents said it was the most thoughtful gift they had received. They said the cookies powered them through the first week of "new parenthood".
