I ordered a large cookie to be delivered on a designated date to honor my granddaughter's final day of middle school. She sent me a picture and the cookie was perfect looking just as requested. It was such a fun surprise for my granddaughter and the I greatly appreciated Cookies By Design helping me surprise my granddaughter on a special day.

I was debating whether or not to send a food gift or flowers. With cookies by design I did both! This went to a staff at an office so a food gift was perfect. I called the location in Winter Garden around 9:15 in the morning. They were able to do same day delivery around 1:00 pm. I'm in the building next door and I saw the arrangement arrive. Even if I hadn't seen it, I got a confirmation email indicating the delivery was complete.

Friendly service taking my order for same day delivery even though I placed the order for birthday cookies and graduation gifts 3 hours after the deadline.

I received this survey but I have not yet received my invoice the reason for why I gave my email address for.

The cookies got to the recipients on time and looked great. For my in laws anniversary. My father-in-law had eaten and thoroughly enjoyed a cookie before my mother in law responded (shortly after delivery!)
