I have always had great luck ordering from Cookies By Design. Quality has always been exceptional but just recently I have realized how customer service is also wonderful. I ordered one of the cookie cakes to be delivered to my son. It arrived in pieces. When I called Customer Service, Jenny McCormick couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. She apologized several times and arranged for a replacement birthday treat to be delivered. Thank you for standing behind your products!!

The store in Brookfield, WI has been very accommodating in every way and getting it to them promptly. We appreciate their service very much.
