I had the wrong address for the hospital I was sending my cookie bouquet to, and Jessica called to get it straightened out. She was extremely courteous and helpful, and didn't make me feel bad at all for inconveniencing her or the company. I was able to get the correct address and the cookie bouquet arrived at the destination that afternoon. And the bouquet was ADORABLE! I didn't try the cookies, but if they were half as good as they looked, they would still get a 10 from me. I'll definitely be ordering from the Plymouth Cookies by Design again and again, and highly recommend you do as well!
