Let me start with the service as this is the first contact with the employees that represent your company. I wish I could recall the ladies names. I arrived around 1:30. There was a younger girl and a slightly older lady with a short bobbed hair. I was greeted with a smile and a very pleasant voice. She was VERY customer service friendly. Because i had called in the day before and had an add on to my online order, she double checked with the other worker to make certain she was charging me correctly. Both ladies were very professional yet were very light hearted and a pleasure to do business with. It was service with a smile for sure.

The products are a 10! The delicious cookies that just melt in your mouth and the sweet frosting that isn't overpowering with sweetness make for a perfect cookie and not to mention the designs and colors too. Not only did I leave the store with my online order that I picked up, I purchased an additional 2 cookies, a bag of dots and a dog treat. I had a cookie bouquet sent to me over 17 years ago when my second son was born and I'll never forget the taste of them back in 2001. Fast forward to 2018, and they are still just as good. If the recipes not broke, don't fix it. I live in Wyandotte and work in Southfield. Now I'm able to make an easy trip to West Bloomfield during my lunch to pick up sweets and treats.

I ordered my wife a cookie bouquet and had it sent to her place of employment overnight. The package arrived the next day before noon and was packed very securely and nothing was broken. The cookies were soft and tasty. The bouquet was very nice looking and included everything I ordered. I will order other products in the future based on the great experience I had.

The cookie arrangements are always very good and especially tasty; however, if there was a way to confirm receipt of delivery that would be even better. Most people who are on the receiving end of the gifts are busy with things like, surgery recovery, a new baby ect...so it may slip their mind to send a "Thank You" in return to the sender or to even acknowledge having received the gift. I don't think the sender should have to call back in to confirm if it was delivered. Aside from that, I would say that you all are great!
