I was sending cookies to my sister in Dallas from Tucson, AZ, and had gotten the wrong Hospital! While being informed by a phone call, I was unable to answer the phone, but sent a text. The Cookie company then texted me back, and PATIENTLY waited while I figured out the correct hospital& address. I spoke with Tom, a very nice gentleman, and he was able to change the delivery address& inform the driver, without any delay in promised time& no additional charge!

The cookies are beautifully decorated, taste great and we're delivered on time!

The cookies were delivered to my friend on the day I requested and my friend loved the cookies. Not only were they beautiful, they were delicious. After the cookies were delivered, the lady that delivered the cookies from Cookies By Design personally called me to tell me the cookies had been delivered to my friend. In my opinion, that was above and beyond and extremely appreciated to know they where delivered. I highly recommend this company.
