I ordered a birthday cookie cake for my husband. I had it delivered to his work. Customer service, packaging, and delivery were stellar. My husband (and hungry coworkers) loved the cookie cake! My husband said he was impressed by the decorating. Would definetly recommend and order from again!

Easy ordering process online. Lots of options and I truly like the customized option. Delivery was on time. However it would be nice to get a form of notification once delivery is made. I didn't get that.

Customer service over the phone via long distance was great!!! I was offered several options for my very specific requests. They even sent me a picture of the completed order, which was perfect and exactly what I requested. My Grandson was thrilled with his cookie bouquet.

I had a last minute change and asked if the cookies could be delivered versus me picking them up. They were so accommodating on such short notice and delivered the cookies to my meeting earlier then expected. The cookies were not only perfectly decorated with the company's logo, but they tasted GREAT too!

I will definitely order from Cookies by Design in St. Louis again!
