This is the second time I have ordered from Cookies by Design in Englewood, NJ. They do not disappoint!!!! Great customer service by friendly and kind staff. I was looking forward to sharing these delights with the wonderful care givers at McDowell Village. Due to Covid-19, I had to cancel and look forward to reordering when I return in a few months.

Great customer service! The lady I spoke with was awesome. She reassured me that the cookie cake would be delivered the same day. The delivery person text me when the cake was delivered and my son and his roommates said that the cookie cake was delicious! Made it easy for this Mama that is so far away to give her son a great birthday experience his first year at college.

Easy to order and delivery was executed on schedule.

When you have close relatives far away it's nice to be able to send a little cheer, wishes and congratulations. And the cookies are good too.

The bouquet was beautiful and DELICIOUS. My only complaint was that by the time it arrived 2 of the cookies had fallen off their sticks and were laying in the bottom of the basket. However once we bit into the cookies it was clear why they fell off the stick. The cookies were so fresh they just melted in our mouth and for that reason no doubt is why they fell off the stick.
