I loved that the delivery service/driver called to let me know the cookies had been delivered. This was a same day order and my brother received his birthday gift on time and said that it really lifted his spirits and that he loved the gift.

The cookies were awesome! More important, a very nice employee called me and my daughter (the cookie recipient) to let us know she had secured the cookies in a safe place at the time of delivery when no one answered the door.

I order cookies for my nieces every year for 5 + years now, all living at the same address. Some orders are better than others. By and large it is a good experience and the cookies are always top quality but for example paid extra for photo cookie one year only to find your store can’t do them but was never notified. Also got a delivery with the wrong name. It said happy birthday Susie, not my nieces’ name. It would be nice if there was an acknowledgment of delivery too.
