Overall I love it these are my absolute favorite cookies and have been since I was a kid. My only frustration is that the website required you to buy a $7 souvenir mug to ship 2 cookies in and when I received mine it didn't come in a mug it came in the standard packaging. However I'm not upset I didn't get the mug as I really didn't want it but it was the only way to buy 2 cookies, my frustration is if 2 cookies can be sent without the mug which they clearly can be I'd prefer not to have to pay for it. But other than that I loved the cookies and the display was adorable!
I liked that they let me know that they dropped off the cookies when the recipient was not home.

I appreciate the quality every time I send a cookie bouquet or cupcakes.
The only thing that bothered me this last cookie and cupcake send was I questioned the deliver rate and was told $20 as I understood cause it was Shelbyville but it turned out to be $30 and my 15% discount was never applied.
That was a bit frustrating cause it was a good sized order. I knew for the delivery there I wanted to make it worthwhile.
Other, the quality is amazing.

I ordered a cookie box for my daughter’s 18th birthday. It was delivered as expected, and the presentation of the goodies inside the box was perfect! I’d happily, and highly recommend for any occasion or just because.
They were very accommodating and worked patiently with me to get the cookie bouquet exactly the way I pictured it—with great designs, great colors, and the perfect message cookie. They made sure it could be delivered to my friend in a smaller town nearby, and got it there with perfect timing. Very, very helpful. I neglected to write down the name of the lady who did all the work over the phone for me, but I would like to thank her and tell her my friend was wowed! Thank you for all the help.
