Sophita was very helpful and patient in walking me through the ordering process. Applying the discount was a problem. The offer was for 20%
and it ended up only 15% This was a group gift and I was embarrassed to have to ask everyone for more money. I was told shipping was $30 but was billed $36. The recipient was very pleased with the gift but I think it is overpriced.
