The cookies were not only beautiful but they were delicious also. Able to get them the same day and the staff was very friendly and helpful. This was my second time ordering from them and I definitely will do it again.
The cookies were a great gift for our pets vet as we did the doggie bouquet. Other than the discount not applying on the website all was good. Nice people at our location and Samantha was great help to figure out what was what. I ended up calling the order in to get the proper discount and they had them ready shortly thereafter.
The service was very accommodating. I was able to customize my order and have ready on very short notice.
I was so impressed with the service I received. The delivery arrived but my brother was at a doctor appointment and wasn't there to receive the cookies. Cookies by Design called me to let me know and told me that they boxed it and left it at the front door, giving me a chance to text my brother and his friend. I never expected such great personal service and give them a 10 for service!!! And, my brother, who just had his hip replaced, LOVED the cookies!!

The Cincinnati store is amazing! Friendly, patient staff who always get the order correct and so beautifully wrapped. I really appreciate that the delivery driver calls me after the cookies have been delivered since the recipient lives in a large complex. I only wish there was a store near me so I could taste the cookies myself – I have heard they taste great!
