The staff is professional and friendly. The cookies are always fresh and delicious. I’ve never had a bad experience and we’ve been customers for years. It’s always a pleasure doing business with Cookies by Design.

The driver was very conscientious. He called both the sender and receiver to us know the cookies had been delivered. And he made sure to leave the cookies in a safe spot behind the house (after discussing with the homeowner) and sent her a picture of their location. I hope you realize what a great employee you have in him!
