My purchase was a gift, so I did not get to eat the cookies myself (but I heard they were very tasty). However, I can speak to the speed of delivery, friendliness of the owner and overall ordering experience, which were all fantastic!

The ppl taking my order from stl, mo are always friendly and fun to work with helping pick the perfect bouquet for the occasion. My son and his wife and daughters tell me the cookies are delicious!

Cookies were so cute and tasted delicious.

I've ordered baked gifts from several sites, and Cookies by Design was a wonderful experience. My son was celebrating his 41st birthday far away from me, so sending him a tasty treat made his day. I will admit that the shipping and service fees gave me pause, which is why I gave a score of 9. Next time I will compare sites and consider costs. I know that sounds petty, but the fees added quite a bit to the final cost.

Your staff are the best in excellence in service and…your delivery staff.
Our son moved to OKC & it was the first year we were not with him… I called before to make sure everything was set for his bday & your staff stated they were working on his order then and assured me all would be great!
The day of the delivery your driver even called me to let me know he had delivered my son’s cookie cake!

The cookies were designed beautifully. The decorator did a wonderful job creating a cookie that looked just like our doggie. Would highly recommend Cookies by Design!

It depends on the area of the country to me. In Chicago and Sioux Falls the bought items were great. But when I ordered a delivery for my sister's 50th in Oklahoma it was a big disappointment.
