Chad explained things as he went through the house in a way that was understandable, explained what he was doing and why as well as what he found. He was very pleasant and sociable while moving steadily through the house. He answered any questions I had and provided suggestions for solutions for some issues that were not likely to be resolved by the builder due to the nature of the issues. The inspection report was delivered quickly and while it was not as detailed as previous inspection reports I have received, it covered all the relevant information (as far as I can tell) and was easy to read and understand. When I required a second inspection 2 days later on a different house, he was able to fit it into his schedule that evening... this was greatly appreciated as having an inspection completed ASAP was necessary in order to secure the home. The second inspection was just as thorough and informative as the first. I highly recommend Chad and MorMac.
