Sylvan Richmond was very responsive so much so my son got his tutoring slots within the same day after my first phone call to them.
They take everybody's wellness and safety very seriously and strictly comply to all the measures put in place by the Public Health authority.
They are also very accommodating in that my son has been allowed tutoring while simultaneously getting his autism funding processed prior to securing approval from BC Autism Funding. They are also very familiar and comfortable with the funding process and are very helpful as well as accommodating.
My son is very comfortable with the whole arrangement, the tutor, the classroom, and has concretely seen improvement in his pre-calculus grade.
Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with Sylvan Richmond.

The staff are good at keeping up with clients regarding where the child's learning status is at a given time.
They allow their curriculum to include what's happening in their class at school.
They understand if a child is not having a great day and take it in their stride, not to stress out the child.
