I chose Sylvan on a recommendation of a good friend of mine who had really good luck there with his two daughters and I was just looking to help my 14-year-old keep her mouth had during the summer so when she started high school in grade 9 she would feel more confident in knowing what was happening and what she was learning. She was a little hesitant at first because it was in the summer during her time but each time she went she would come out feeling pretty good I think that our whole experience there has led me to pretty much plan on her continuing homework support throughout the year at Sylvan and I would have no problem recommending it to anyone

My son has improved dramatically since starting at Sylvan, his attitude and confidence towards reading and writing has improved greatly and he has shown a great interest in writing stories out at home now. The tutors and staff have been extremely accommodating and lovely and responsive to any questions, etc. My son enjoys going and always comes out smiling and happy!
