What do you like about our restaurant?

The food is consistently excellent and reminiscent of trips to Italy. The menu has both depth and variety. The service is attentive, responsive and friendly. Our most recent server, Chris, was all of that and more. We especially liked the grilled calamari appetizer and the zuppa di pesce. The ambiance is intimate and relaxing. We could actually hear one another across the table; a rare experience. La Tavola is at the top of our list of favorite restaurants. We look forward to our next visit.

What do you like about our restaurant?

The service is perfect every single time I visit, whether it's for a last minute pasta craving or planned evening out with friends. I have never once been disappointed by my experience; moreover I leave each time saying something along the lines of, "That was one of the best meals I think I've had there yet..." The food is beyond fantastic. The salads are fresh, unique and delicious. The entrees are always spot-on. Always. Dessert is incredible and I'm typically not a dessert person. The cheesecake will make you weep with joy. The wine selection and recommendations are phenomenal. It is by far, my favorite restaurant in Atlanta. I could be talked to going every night.

The staff is SUPER friendly. Sometimes the staff a high end restaurants seem afraid to speak . On a side note even though I had to admit to my girlfriend that she was right I am happy that I have had a dinner that included mushrooms that I liked. :)

What do you like about our restaurant?

It's a great neighborhood spot - not overly pretentious and great food. On our last visit, however, I felt rushed. Not by our server (who was fantastic), but by a younger gentleman who seemed to be a manager. I noticed him pointing at us from across the restaurant and possibly even arguing with our server. He immediately walked over and slapped our check on our table without any eye contact and offered a curt "no rush". We were still enjoying desert. I know things like this happen in a restaurant, and not everything can be perfect every time, but this one stuck with me.
