Reasonable hours and a caring staff.
Dogs are out of their kennels the majority of the time! They get lots of exercise and are ready to relax when back in kennel . Love watching the app available on phone. Can see how much fun they are having! Don't feel as guilty leaving on a trip without the pups!
Everything. The staff recognizes us, know our dog & are happy to see him come through the doors. Our dog is excited when we drop him off, that is a good sign.
We recently boarded Penny for 3 days. She seemed to really like her stay and being able to play with other dogs. The facility is very clean and well managed. We are very happy with Dogtopia.

friendly staff, a lot of options for my dog, daycare, overnight, grooming bathing. She loves going there and always has a great time, comes home tired. The web cam is nice she is always having fun and playing with other dogs.

I like that the company makes sure all dogs are compatible and get along well enough. They were friendly and really cared for our "baby"!
My dog seems to like being there unlike any other place I've taken her. I know first hand that dogtopia employees love the dogs and treat them like their own. The setup is is great as well. Separate rooms for dog size and temperment and free roam in large rooms. The dogs aren't caged all day long which creates a more home like environment for the dogs.
I like the web cams, the vallet, and how much my dog loves to go there. Staff has always been friendly towards us as well.

I like the friendly Staff, feed back on your pets day, I also like the extra perks like a free 1/2 of doggy daycare, etc, and the fun day for the dogs like the hat day.

I love that my pup is exhausted when she comes home (helps us ALL sleep thru the night). She is so excited when we say, "Let's go to Daycare," and really perks up once we turn onto Portal Drive. She obviously has a great time there. I also like that there are grooming services available with a wide variety of times to choose from. The staff is also very flexible - if she ends up having to stay overnight (we ask in the morning to make sure this isn't a problem - and usually it only happens if we can't get off work in time to pick her up), they are very accommodating. We've told everyone we know about how happy we are with Dogtopia and we highly recommend you to everyone we know who has dogs.
I know my dog is watched over, gets exercise, and is well taken care of.
