Super friendly staff. Clean and organized. Since it was my girls' first day, I checked in on the webcam several times. They seemed to be having a great time. It was very reassuring to have the chance to look in on them without disrupting their playtime.
Barkley loves coming! When we request baths/nail service at the end of his daycare day, he's always clean and ready to go for us.

We have been trying out a few different daycares since it is too cold to stand outside more than 10 minutes to play. Upon my research and meeting the staff at the daycares, I have come to realize that Dogtopia is definitely the best. I felt as if Rocco (my 2 year old boxer) was welcomed with open arms here. His best interest (as well as the best interest of other dogs) was always put first. It was obvious they cared about my pet and wanted to learn more about him. Upon arrival to another daycare, I did not fill out any paperwork - and they immediately took Rocco to the back room for play time. I felt a little uneasy since there was no talk about his behavior with other dogs, personality, etc. I got home to look at the 24 hour camera, only to find that my dog had been put in a "suite" with no other dogs. I drove right back and they still charged me for the hour he was there.
The customer service was above and beyond - I felt as if money was not the main motivator for the company
Clean - The facility was clean, smelled fresh, and employees were dresses appropriately
Products/Services - I was only looking at another day care because Rocco loves swimming; even with the pool at the other place, Dogtopia provides QUALITY service that cannot be duplicated
Convenience, boarding conditions for the dogs, and the friendliness and responsiveness of the staff.
Have not used the service yet - phoebe is schedule for overnight stays this weekend.

I love that someone is always watching, making sure the dogs are playing safely. I know that my dog is well cared for. When we arrive at Dogtopia in the morning, my dog is so excited to be there that he forgets all about me. That says a lot!
My dog is very shy around other dogs. The staff picked up on this and made some accommodations for her when she had a long stay and was overwhelmed. This meant a great deal to our family. I love how we can view the dogs at play and the friendly and knowledgeable staff.

The open play
Our dogs seemed to have a great time. They were happy to play with others & weren't anxious or moody after we picked them up.
The cameras are a nice perk, but I didn't expect to have to pay a subscription to view them.
EVERYTHING! The staff is fantastic, the dog is happy to get there in the morning and is happy when she comes in the evening. We often take advantage of the overnight boarding when our schedules get crazy and the staff has always been able to accommodate a last minute request for an overnight stay. I am happy to recommend Dogtopia to anyone who asks about daycare and boarding!
