The staff are awesome and they really get to know my dogs and they always let me know if anything happened during the day no matter how small the issue. For example Dale had an accident in his kennel during nap time and once during boarding Lola had an upset stomach and the staff called me to let me know. I always know that they are safe and well cared for when they are there.

Staff really cares about my dogs and treats them like family. My dogs love to go to daycare and are not hesitant about going back even after they have boarded which tells me they are getting the best care possible.

Even though we don't bring Chewee there on a regular basis, we know he is always welcome and everyone remembers him! Also, my daughter's two dogs have been groomed there recently and the new groomer did a fabulous job!!!

Although it has been a long time since my dog has been there (and really had only been a few times), she remembered Dogtopia and was really excited to go in (went for a nail trim and a new harness/leash).

I have a 12 year old Papillon that does not like anyone, well... maybe one or two. I was very hesitant to leave him for any length of time. To my surprise for three hours he was as happy their as he was at home. The staff was very happy to see him and he warmed up to them much faster than I ever imagined. I highly recommend them even with my picky standards.
We like the hours you are open. I like that everyone that works w/ the dogs seem to really enjoy being around the dogs and enjoy their jobs. We like that the dogs have access to both inside and outside play time. We love being able to check the webcam and see what they are doing. We love the different fun activities they get to participate in and love seeing all the dogs pictures on facebook.
Everyone was SO FRIENDLY< it was like we were walking into a friends home. They were expecting us and everyone was so excited to meet our dog Luna. They answered all of our questions and made us feel at ease to leave our fur baby in their hands.
You offer everything we need for our dog, from boarding to bathing and fun treats :)

They took such good care of our dog when we were on vacation. She needed eye drops many times throughout the day and they took care of that. They babied her and I knew she was in good hands. Everyone is always so happy and friendly. I know my dog enjoys playing with her friends.
I know that my dogs enjoy themselves when at Dogtopia, it takes the guilt out of boarding them. I can spy on them from the webcam. I know they are safe and comfortable.
Recently we had our dog boarder with Dogtopia, and I was able to view her thru the webcam. I also called and they took the time to let me know how she was doing. She visit once a week for play and they are always happy to see us. The only thing I wish is that there webcams scan the room.
We love the playtime & interaction with other dogs. It's also great to be able to watch our babies play on camera.
My dog loves it there so that's all that matters.

I felt the care given my pet was great. My pet has anxiety issues and hyper. Staff called to get permission to give product to calm down pet and assurance that pet would be in good hands.
