Staff is polite. Pet has received good care while boarded. Webcams do not seem to always work the best.

I liked that there was someone in the room with the dogs during the times I would check on our dog through the webcam. And of course, I love that a webcam is available at Dogtopia!

I love that the front desk staff know Jackson when we walk in. He comes back tired, but in good spirits.

I have only experienced the Meet and Greet. I hope that my doggie will be socializing with other doggies, play and have a good time. I like the possibility to see the action via the web cameras. I’ll be able to say more after daycare occurs.

You're very convenient, have decent hours & pricing and you always take terrific care of my dog. The new groomer is amazing and I really appreciate the care she provides to my dog, it's obvious they get along and I almost wonder if he quietly likes bathes now.

My little dog loves going to Dogtopia. This past summer, I went out of town for a little over a week, I was at ease having him there. It was fun to check up on him with the cameras they have.
He loves going there for the day, giving me a chance to do something for me, while he has a day playing with other dogs.

Most importantly, my dog loves Dogtopia! She gets very excited when we pull up and is thrilled to go inside. We are always greeted by a friendly person. They seem organized in that the pick up and drop off process is quick. We love that we can watch our dog on the webcam to see how much fun she is having. She is happy and exhausted when we pick her up.
