Everyone is so attentive to our dog! Loving and caring! In addition, they listen carefully to the special requests you have for your pup, and they will follow through! Our Emma Joy just loves going there!

First of all, the staff have excellent customer service. Anne Marie and Jessica are amazing! They are very professional and courteous. I gave them a positive review and Anne Marie contacted me to offered Hildr a free bath with nail trim with a frozen Kong treat! Staff are very attentive to customer's needs and responsive in e-mails and telephone calls. I've been taking Hildr, my almost 2 yr old German Shepherd to them for the past 7 months now and she is always super excited to go there every time. She comes home and she falls asleep like a baby all night which is perfect! She has found so many friends to play with so I've signed her up 3 times a week now. She always comes back happy and tired which makes us happy! They also have all these cool special events such as Bacon bash day and hotdog day. They snapped a couple of cute pics of Hildr eating her bacon. They also spray the dogs in their back yard with a hose, so Hildr has learnt how to overcome her fears of water sprinklers. I also love their floor mats are nice for dogs with hip problems. Another great plus always is Dogtopia might be the only doggie daycare that has webcams for us to check on how our pups are doing.

We love the friendly staff and our dog Ollie loves being greeted by name when he comes in for his weekly playdates.

They know every dog and parent by name and are always doing fun things to make sure the dogs are having a good time. Occasionally in the morning I arrive a few minutes before the official opening but they always welcome us in and are happy to see my Lillie. Lillie loves her time there, especially in the summer when she can play in the water out in the yard!

People seem nice and knowledgeable, my dog is always tired when she comes home.

You all take great care of Bandit, are flexible with scheduling but we miss Sunday daycare.

Visiting the location impressed me. it stands out among its peers for modern and thoughtful design, cleanliness, and overall upscale feeling and dog centric features that promote safety, well-being, and good socialization. I feel confident in leaving my fur baby with this capable and kind crew.
