I liked the meet and greet where you introduce the dogs a little at a time. However, I feel I should be given a tour before leaving my dog and have access to the camera when leaving my dog. It all seemed so secretive, and didn't give me the most comfortable feeling. The staff was very nice though, but we should be able to check out the facility and watch when leaving our dogs.

Staff was excellent especially with our new puppy. They introduced him slowly and he came out very happy! Love the webcam so I can see how he does with the other dogs & staff.

Friendly people and my dog Lucy loved being there!

My dog loves coming to Dogtopia. She has so many friends to play with. She usually comes home tired. Their cams in the playroom was a huge plus and no other places offer. The rubber mat floors was another big plus as Petsmart play room was all cement and dangerous and slippery for dogs to play in. We also love the monthly events they have and free Kong treats.

Treated very well....both myself when I bring in my dog and my dog. She seems very happy there.

You always do such a great job taking care of Bandit along with accommodatiing all his appointments and grooming needs. Everyone is always super friendly and welcoming and I feel safe leaving Bandit in you're care-thank you.

Our dog loves to go there!!! She comes home all tired out . The staff is friendly and very caring about their charges. We feel very comfortable leaving Bailey there. We enjoy our break too.

Daycare and boarding. Kind friendly staff.

My dog loves to go there- when we pull up he can't get inside fast enough. I love the video cameras so we can check on him throughout the day. The staff are very friendly.

A good facility to drop of our Dog for either daycare or boarding

Staff is very friendly. I love the web-cam and that they sanitize the play area. We just started but I was so happy to see how calm my fur baby was after having time to play.

My dog seems to like it. I have a hard time checking the cameras but it seems he’s well taken care of.

My dog has been going to Dogtopia in Highlands Ranch for two years and loves it. The staff is so warm and friendly to the dogs and their owners. They give the dogs excellent care, attention, coaching and love. They clearly understand each dog's behavior and personality and make sure to meet their individual needs. Super clean facility. Great place and awesome people!

Friendly people who take care of my dog while I travel for business. They really do care for pets, not just a job. Will always notify if something has happened to your dog.

Highly recommend Dogtopia at Highlands Ranch.

This was my first experience with Dogtopia, for a meet and greet this week. I was pleased with everything so far. I prefer not to give too much of a review, because we only had a two hour experience. Staff was very pleasant, and my dog was happy when we came home.

Great staff, good hours, nice facility

We were visiting family and needed pet care during the day. We are very pleased with the care Tessa received. This location in highland Ranch area will certainly be where we go for Tessa’s pet care while visiting. The staff is considerate and put Tessa at ease. The facilities clean, and each time we picked up Tessa, she was clean and happy.

Great communication. My dog loved it there!

I like that they separate the larger dogs from the smaller dogs, and that they also control the size of the groups and evaluate their temperaments. My dog is highly less reactive and yet when he’s at Dogtopia he has the best time playing with other dogs. Annmarie, the manager is also great with communicating and I really love that there is a WebCam that I can check in to see how my dog is doing, which was a great relief when I recently went on a two week trip
