The manager was super nice and friendly. I asked for a tour of the facility and she gladly gave me one as she explained the different rooms available to the dogs, the prices as well as the activities and specials.

I brought my puppy back the next morning and spoke to the groomer who was equally as nice. She groomed my puppy just like I asked her to. I was very pleased.

I love that the personnel at Dogtopia love animals. It's clear from the way they greet the pets when they arrive! My little darling is expertly groomed EVERY time I bring her in and she feels so good when she leaves to go home! All this at a fair price. What else can you ask for?

Staff effort is way above other places I have been. They are friendly and expeditious not to mention thorough. They know who you are and know your dog well...

The staff and groomers are great. They obviously care greatly about the dogs, their care, comfort and safety.

My dog loves Dogtopia Houston! We and he love the people who work there and the fact that they are serious about screening all dogs before allowing them to join the daycare groups. They are great! They are so sweet and take excellent care of the dogs. We know he loves the Dogtopia staff because he is happy to go there. It is easy to tell. Last time, when my husband took him, as soon as Silver saw Julie, he happily went off with her. He never looked back.

It has not been called Happy Tails for years.

Everyone is super friendly, I feel my puppy is safe when she’s there, and I love that I can check up on her through the camera to watch her having fun with other dogs while there’s always someone supervising them.

Our dog always looks and smells great after being groomed at DogTopia! The groomers do a marvelous job with making his coat shiny and soft, and we appreciate that they have medicated shampoo available for dogs with skin issues.

Seem very caring towards my pet. Always friendly. If they notice anything of potential concern they mention it to me.

our groomer, Rod, is the best! I also like that the dogs can combine their day with some play time so they aren't caged all day. Easy to schedule appointments and the dogs are always happy!

We are always met with a friendly greeting and smiles. Ranger is well taken care of and some may say spoiled with his favorite bowl and a special spot during lunch.

We bring our shihtzu to Dogtopia for her baths and she always comes out looking fresh and so happy! The staff is very nice and friendly.
