We love the friendly office staff Susan in particular and Rod who we have know for ages is a Great Groomer. I wouldn’t trust my little Channing with anyone but them. Also, the rest of the office staff is fabulous. We love them all. Ric & Channing 😀🐾🐾
I like the friendly, confident and familiar faces I see! The staff seems to know what they are doing. The lobby is bright, clean and smells neutral, like a maid just left it! With many dogs there, I commend them for the cleaning they must be doing! Dogtopia has come a long way in the industry and I hope they will be there forever!

Fast and efficient!
I felt so welcome and i love the webcams. My dog Yuki loved it and came home tired from all the playing he did. I’ll definitely be coming for daycare once a week while I’m working

Everyone is friendly and recognizes my dog and me (and we don't even come in that often!) My dog seems happy and tired when I pick her up which is a good sign of a great stay. The bath services are wonderful... I can never seem to get her as clean as they can.

The customer service is the best they know my dog by name know me by name and are so happy every time we walk in the door. My dog is so happy every time we pull up at dogtooia I know she is treated like a queen when she visits. She plays all day and has a great time!

You genuinely seem to care about Sofia and it is obvious she loves it. If we haven’t left by about 8:30 each morning she grabs my hand and tries to drag me to the door. When we’ve been away, Sofia is always happy when we pick her up And ready to do it again the following morning.
I also really like the way They are quick to call me if anything seems off with my dog. And the flexibility is invaluable as our work schedules are not entirely consistent. This has been a great place for Sofia.
