From the super easy booking process and user friendly app, to the great reception when we arrive, to the super personalized touches, we love it here. I have peace of mind knowing my fur babies are in a safe environment while having a blast everyday. Being able to sneak peeks at them through the cameras is an added bonus. Susan and her team at Dogtopia Waugh Drive, Houston are always very attentive to my dog, Tucker. Tucker has been going there for several years now. I would not even entertain thoughts of taking him elsewhere. They're fantastic!

You just need to ask my dog - she begs to go to 'skool' and runs to the door as soon as we get there. My feedback is she doesn't drive me crazy while I'm working and she is always exhausted when I pick her up.

All of your employees that I’ve known and interacted with are outstanding and they all love the dogs , including mine!, in their care. Your manager, Susan, is extremely knowledgeable about dogs and has been very helpful to me in teaching me about dog behavior and training strategies. She also runs the business very efficiently and I appreciate that, especially because of the impact day care has on the dogs’ health. I also greatly value the love and attention that employees like Breann give to the dogs. (My dog loves her in return— as well as other people there, I’m sure, and loves Dogtopia!

Webcams, friendly staff, clean facility but most importantly my girl Ms. Minnie loves it!!

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I know when I drop off my dogs they will be taken care of, stimulated and will socialize with other dogs and the staff. Also, the webcam is a nice feature; I can check on them throughout the day. The flexibility of a half day or a whole day of daycare is a nice option. Sometimes my dogs are bathed and have their nails clipped while there, which is a bonus.

The staff at the Waugh Drive Dogtopia location are amazing! They take excellent care of my pup and he absolutely loves to go there everyday to play.

Dogtopia - Waugh Drive has the friendliest staff who clearly love all of the dogs who come through the door. I can’t recommend them enough!

The staff is very friendly and warm. It is evident that they truly enjoy what they are doing. They remember both my dogs each time I bring them in for doggy day care. My dogs have a blast there; they love socializing with other dogs their size. The online camera is a plus, so I am able to check on them from time to time.

I love that the staff is so friendly and make my dog so comfortable. They love him as much as he loves them. I also really enjoy being able to check in on my pup through the cameras and the random calls if something is wrong with him or his stool.
