I have been bringing my dog, Tucker for several years now to Dogtopia. He & I both love the friendliness and knowledge of the staff. Susan is especially informative if ever I have had any concerns or questions regarding Tucker. I'm so glad she came back to the Waugh street location after the renovation. I would recommend Dogtopia to anyone.

I have always felt that my precious dog is properly cared for and loved at Dogtopia. There was an incident recently that I observed where a worker made a horrible comment about a dog and the owner heard what he said. She was very unhappy and I can't blame her. I would never bring my baby back to Dogtopia had someone said that about her. It has really upset me and it wasn't my baby. I hope Dogtopia corrects this problem.

The front desk staff was wonderful. Very helpful and excited to meet my pup Tramp when we arrived. Tramp loved his entire first day experience. After he ate dinner, he slept like a log for about 6 hours from all the excitement.

Staff! Location...a happy dog is a happy dog-mom. Note: access is difficult when coming from the north.

The staff is always friendly and attentive to our dog’s needs. They also take precautionary measures to ensure my dog is healthy and safe. Whenever my dog got a scratch from playing, they made sure to call and inform me. Thankful for the Dogtopia staff for keeping my dog safe and bringing excitement/joy to my dog so that he comes home happy every time.
Personalized service, very friendly staff, very clean facility. On my 2nd day of bringing my dog he got extremely happy and excited when we got out of my vehicle when he saw that we were at Dogtopia.
My pup (will 14 y.o. in February) and has attended Dogtopia Waugh since she was 6 mos old. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with her care. It’s like a second home for her. We are grateful for the TLC she (and every dog) receives there.
