Pleasant staff, kept clean and organized

There is a great variety of aquatic classes available with knowledgeable and energetic instructors. I try to participate in the aquatic classes several times a week. They make exercising fun! The facility offers a lot of land classes as well and while I have not personally participated in those, other members have told me they enjoy them and that encourages me to give those a try . The facility is nicely maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I only go for the Zumba classes and it has been an amazing experience. Everyone seems to be having a great time. Very fun class and our instructor, Adrian, is a terrific instructor.

It’s clean well lit and has plenty of machines to work on.

Clean. Not overly crowded or busy. Organized staff. Good parking situation. Good people - both who work there as well as who use the facilities.

It’s great I’ve lived in Allen my whole life and it’s truly a staple in my childhood. I love going here to workout and swim with my friends and family. Would hate to see this

I attend Judy's DEEP WATER class twice a week faithfully. If she taught that DEEP WATER class everyday, then I would be there everyday. The other instructors could take a lesson from her. They are nice enough, but definitely not the same caliber as Judy. The only think I would change would be the time of her class. But I will follow her not matter what time she teaches. She makes the class fun and challenging at the same time.

Good equipment. Family atmosphere. John is great. Awesome pool. Good classes.

The staff is polite, friendly and competent. Raise the water temperature a couple of degrees. LOL

Great facility. All the equipment and amenities you could ask for and then some.

The facility is well maintained and lanes are normally available for lap swimming. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Great people working at the facility. Leslie is unbelievable and so helpful. The young girl who is at the front desk in the am is always effervescent and welcoming. Lisa always has a smile and something fun to say, and Charlesetta is always the practical as well as very knowledgeable about activities and memberships.

Since John has been working in the weight/upstairs facility, the workout room is always clean and welcoming. I never have to wait long for a machine. I also like the ability to use the auxiliary room (aerobics) when not in use.

The lap pool is really well maintained. (any thoughts of piping in music while lap swim is going on?... :) )
I would appreciate the hot tub/spa area to be a little warmer with a longer length of time with the bubbles.

I also would like the shower area (womens) to be cleaned more often throughout the day esp on Sat/Sun. (too much hair in the drains/ walls).
