Love this place! Honestly feels like my second safe space to go. My favorite is Jen’s 7:15pm wind down yoga on T and TH. Can the diving board be open during the weekday evenings? Can there be a barre class weekday evenings? Hope the lazy River jets will be fixed soon and the side will be open more
I really enjoy Tai Chi class with Ms. Carole and Zumba class with Adrian. They both are very good instructors and very inspiring.
Very friendly and helpful staff! Only improvement would be to remove a lane from Metro swim club in afternoons to allow members more lane availability during peak demand time (5pm - 7pm) weekdays.

The upstairs fitness area is nice since John started working there. He has made some great changes and adjustments. The competition pool is awesome but the whirlpool always breaks down and is dirty. Time to hire a real pool company to fix these problems!!!

The ability to swim all year long! The lazy river and hot tub are great. I love the water exercise classes.
Good variety of exercise equipment that is well maintained and the temperature in the exercise area is comfortable (I only use the exercise equipment and not the pool).

The Allen aquatic Center is a family oriented place that has great customer service, good swimming trainers, great programs for all members of our families.

The staff is fantastic. The only knock is the pool constantly needs repair. I really love the swimming/aerobics classes.

Great, clean place.
This is the best value for a fitness or a swimming center available. The facilities are very nice and the staff is exceptionally friendly. Being older and out of shape I don't feel like I am out of place here. There are members and guests of all ages, sizes, and race. I really like the diversity of the different races of people. Everyone is getting along, enjoying themselves, and having fun with their families. This facility doesn't draw lines or build borders. This is probably my favorite part of this facility (I'm an old, fat, white male). Good job to the team that keeps this place running and safe day to day? THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!

I love the facilities. Very well maintained and good for young college-aged student (compared to the pool at my college which feels over chlorinated and doesn't have nice overhead sunlight pouring into the pool)!
