I love your pool and swim there as often as I can, so I wanted to pass along some honest feedback.
Six lanes are reserved for the swim team every day from 3:45 p.m. until closing, which leaves four lanes for the rest of the community. Those team lanes are frequently half empty, but we still aren't allowed to use them. The four remaining lanes are also sometimes taken up by children playing and jumping instead of swimming laps, and the lifeguards and staff don't ask them to move.
Many of us work during the day, so the afternoon and evening are the only hours we can swim exactly the hours when the team has most of the pool.
The result is that a pool I really enjoy has become hard to actually use. I'd be grateful if you'd look at how lane time is divided between the team and community swimmers.

Friendly desk, fun slides, pool temp of deep end is excellent to work hard, great metro coach. Big slide should be on more and longer hours.

I have enjoyed coming to the aquatic center to walk in the pool and exercise, however, I didn’t do much during the summer because of kids classes. I would like the schedule to go back to coming now that school has started. Thank You.

I think this is a wonderful facility . I feel so lucky and grateful to have a place like this in Allen close to where I live.

I loved the river walk. It helped with my exercise and also my arthritis. The water was very pleasant and mainly I loved being inside.
