Loved the entire experience, from the moment we walked in with the friendliest staff greeting us and going over every last touch that swthouse has to offer, the water dispenser, cold cloth, and what works best in her experience regarding the sauna, ice bath and vitamin c shower. I purchased a package and can not wait to go back, I felt amazing and slept so well that night.

It was amazing! I was shocked you had everything I wished I had- while driving there, I realized I forgot a hair tie and wish that I would’ve taken my makeup off. Imagine my surprise when I arrived and you had both hair ties and makeup removers. Additionally, after arriving, I realized that I didn’t bring anything to put my wet bathing suit in. Again, imagine my surprise when I found out you guys had a bag for me. You thought I’d everything! It was so nice. Honestly just wish it was not so expensive so I could signup.

The whole experience was amazing!! The customer service is top notch, answered any and all of my questions. Gave me a complete run down of how everything works! Showed me my room and walked through how all the settings worked. The room was large and spacious and I LOVED alternating from the sauna to a quick rinse to the cold plunge and back again. Everything was super clean and they provide towels and mats to step on. I left feeling so good and can’t wait to go back!
