I liked that I got a private room , that I had the option to put on whatever I wanted, the instructor gave me a great recommendation for what I should do since it was my first time. It really was a relaxing experience.

Haley was amazing.She was very welcoming for my session. She explained everything it showed me all of the amenities that would be offered for my session, which was very helpful. I truly needed to have this after losing my daughter recently. I really enjoyed it and we'll be back.

Relaxing after that much sweat. The cleaning area which is so important to any business; it was actually my first experience to be in that cold tub; it was very tough at the beginning but I tried multiple times till I started to get it. I think I need more to get used to it by attending more sessions. I love the experience. Thank you
