Polite ans accomodating staff, beautiful facilities
I enjoyed the friendliness of the person who greeted me, showed me the suite and informed me of everything. All 3 elements worked great, however the cold plunge started making a noise which stayed consistent for about 20 minutes of my session which made it difficult to relax.
Staff was unbelievable and very informative!!! Niahm in particular! (I believe that’s how you spell her name, she was working the front desk Monday December 15th 8PM at the hingham studio when I arrived) the place is beyond clean and my whole experience was just overall luxurious and unbelievable!! Can’t wait to make this apart of my routine!!
Loved everything!! The staff were so sweet and polite. I loved the sauna and the shower and even the cold plunge.

The customer service! The lady with black hair and glasses (I can’t remember her name) was so amazing, definitely helped elevate the experience and was a huge factor on why we will be getting a membership!

The staff at both locations have been absolutely incredible. They are so kind and welcoming, as well as attentive. I could tell the people who show me to my suit are focused on me and making sure I have the best experience possible. The interactions are also light and easy going, which helps keep me relaxed and not so socially anxious.
Additionally, the suites have all been very clean. Someone always seems busy with mopping or sanitizing. The private space is so cozy and I appreciate the flow of the experience. I have a very active mind so the simple task of tracking time and transitions helps keep me grounded and mindful
Of course the actual contrast therapy has also done wonders for my anxiety. What brought me back was the deep calm I felt all day after my first session. This truly feels like an indulgent luxury to me due to just how much I enjoy the process and the benefits. I have also had great results from the vitamin C shower. physical benefits are just the cherry on top to the mental ones

I love this place but for the first time there was a big clump of long hair floating in the tub when I was getting in I was able to remove it but kind of gross

Nice to have privacy. Would prefer better storage for dry clothes. Mine fell off the hooks onto the wet floor.
Number one , I feel great when I’m done. I work out a lot and my body is constantly sore . The heat and cold therapy helps pull the soreness out.
