The staff were great! The staff was super friendly and helpful. They were very knowledgeable about everything as well which was great since it was our first time there. We also love the private suites it made for such a peaceful atmosphere and really allowed us to relax. We are already planning on next trip!

The facility was very state-oft-the-art; modern, with a sleek design. The sauna, cold plunge, and shower suite was top notch. Private, and very clean. Staff was very polite and helpful. I also booked RLT, which was stellar as well. I loved the eucalyptus face towels, it was nice touch for a wellness experience.
