Very clean and organized space. Loved the vitamin water and the vitamin c shower since those were unique and other spas haven't provided that. Liked that it was a full private spa basically.

I am unsure who the gentlemen that was cleaning the suites was, I regret not asking his name, but as I passed by him he thanked me for coming to SweatHouz and that he hopes I have a wonderful day! This absolutely made my day. I always try to smile at and say hello to whoever is cleaning but this is the first time that someone spoke to me first. It really meant a lot to me!

The guy working this morning at the Farragut location around 11:30am, taller, brown blond-ish hair was amazing. I shared with him that I am working on losing weight and have been working out and wanted to try out these sessions for recovery. He gave me his best recommendation on how to utilize my time, explained the sauna lights in detail, and overall made the experience comfortable for me during my first time. I was so impressed by his attitude and knowledge of the therapies that I decided to go ahead and get a membership. I wish I could remember this young guys name. He deserves a raise.
The amenities were wonderful! Having the full hour was great. We were greeted with a smile and very good instructions.
