I love the recliner seats! We live near Regal but we travel to the Grand just because of the comfy recliner seats. Not really a fan of the new drink machines. The drinks don’t tastes the best.

New self serve popcorn counter was AWESOME

I love the redesign of the concession area. And, wow, when other fast food restaurants are removing their self service drinks, you ADD that AND add self service popcorn! Santikos is a part of what makes living in Panama City so great!

We always to to visit! Snacks are yummy and seats are so comfy!

The theatre was very nice and clean. The sound was good. The ticket ordering process was easy. We enjoyed our movie experience very much.

All of us loved the comfy seats. It's a friendly theater! And of course your popcorn is a nice bonus too!!

Easy too use

The chairs are better than the brand new regal. I like that they will show old movies. Our regal wasn't showing Silence of the Lambs, but others were.

We love the grand and the seating, notice some of the motors on the seats were bit loud but that happens over time. We liked the one line created for the concessions, it just does take some time because they usually only have one person working the cashier and getting the items. There were other crew members but they seemed to be working on other things, we did miss the first part of the movie and when walking up to our seats they were already taken by someone else. So we just sat anywhere.. I picked seats early in advance to avoid that happening but I also didn’t ask them to move because the theater was packed out and I didn’t want to bother anyone experience.. normally have never had an issue at the grand but this time around was very different.

Reclining seats and the prices are fair
