It's easy to purchase tickets online or at the theatre, the staff is friendly and helpful, the concession usually moves quickly and I love the reclining seats that make you feel at home.

I love the comfortable seating, the great service and wonderful snack selection! Today I tried the pizza, which was amazing!! I’ll definitely spread the good word and also come back!

Staff very friendly and helpful with kiosk.
Theater was clean and a pleasant movie going experience at this theater. I am familiar with santikos and this theater met my expectations.

Everything! The ease of buying our tickets online and picking our seats. Especially for a handicapped person in a wheelchair!

And once we walked in the door everything was perfect. The guy who checked us in, the lady at the concession stand. The theater was clean and very comfortable.

I always recommend the grand to my friends. Is the best theater in bay county!
