Buying an online ticket works out well, except for the fee that's charged. I like the option of buying the tickets at the theater, but then you have the chance of the movie b being sold out. The ticket price really isn't $5.99 when you purchase online.

We enjoy buying tickets online and the seats are very comfortable. So far have been twice in last 30 days and had no problems and very enjoyable time.

We enjoyed the theatre; the location is great; the theatre is clean. Bathrooms are clean; My issue was more with the online experience. After setting up an account with Santikos, I was unable to select and book my reservation online. I tried 7 times. Logged out, logged in; my account was setup, but after putting in my credit card info; it hung. Ended up buying tickets in the theatre in person.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

It's been a while since we've gone to a movie at the Grand in Pier Park. Have seen some negative reviews and we're pleasantly surprised to see otherwise. Place was clean for the evening show, new (new upholstery?) reclining seats were very comfortable, sound system was excellent for this movie, restrooms were clean, no objectionable odors noted. Did have a couple minor issues: We reserved seats a couple hours earlier on line and when we got to the theater our seats were taken. Our popcorn had a lot of hard chunks and hulls, for the price I would have expected better. Also noted there was nobody in the lobby checking reservations, only employee was in the concessions area. But, a positive experience and the Wife was even impressed with the evening, mentioned we should do this more often.

Getting tickets online. The recliner seats. Did not like how loud the music is in the movie previews…could not hear the dialogue due to the loud music. Was concerned the movie would be like that but thankfully it was not.
