The lighting of the screen is very low I know it’s not the movie itself I wish they can fix it and I swear the sound is getting lower by the second. Nobody want to pay extra for imax

Oftentimes, during the previews, the doors to the theater are left open. For the layout for Theater 1 (iMAX), this results in a bright glare of light on the lower right side of the screen unless someone closes these doors. During the viewing yesterday, no one closed the doors, and I had to interrupt my viewing experience at the start of the film to walk to the theater entrance and close the doors to remove the glare.
Don't know if this is unique to theater 1 because I usually only come for imax, but I've had to do this at at least 75% of my iMax viewings at this theater.
It's the best theater in the Macon Area
My Santikos experience was amazing! I love the new theater look and how efficient the app is. The only issue I had was trying to access my rewards for the purchase of my food and drinks. I couldn’t locate a way to scan for my rewards. Besides that hiccup, everything else was great!
