Quick to entertain right after we walked through the doors! Staff immediately asked if we had online tickets and when we said yes, they directed us where to go! They were friendly and welcoming.

The theater is always so nice and clean throughout. We love the roomy comfortable seating.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, is one of the best theaters we’ve ever been to.

I love AmStar 16, but the newer staff members are not as experienced with customer service as the staff a couple months ago. While I still enjoy going, I miss the level of service and engagement previously provided.

My family and I went to see the movie called "Sinners". It was a great movie. The only issue had was being in non-functional reclining seat. After the movie, I reported this issue to the manager.
