Loved the IMAX! Thanks for bringing EPIC to Macon!!
It was an easy check out. Really liked not having to 'sign up', checked out as 'guest, since I rarely go to movies. But seeing Elvis on IMAX was awesome....but the showtimes were very limited & the run was too short. However, that may beyond the theater's control. I really appreciate the manager's extra efforts being able to bring 'EPIC' to our town on IMAX.
I enjoyed the theater not being overcrowded. The last time I went to a movie theater was before the pandemic and I have been nervous about going back ever since. My grandson wanted to go, so I picked up my mask and we went. I loved the new seats! I know they're not new/new but they're new to me! Paying at the kiosk was also new. The staff were amazing. They were extremely friendly, they told me about various promotions and encouraged us to come back soon and... we definitely will!
The theater experience is awesome. Sound system is wonderful and seating is amazingly comfortable.
The movie I watched
I love the value prices on Tuesday! My movie (I Can Only Imagine 2) was fantastic too!

The seating with recliners is super. The refreshments were excellent as well. We have made this theater our standard for going to a movie theater.

The theater experience was great! The chairs, although worn were comfortable. The areas was clean an free of clutter. The service was warm and inviting. The price was good point. We enjoyed our movie and this theater.
Nice and quiet theater, recliners and alcohol.
I cant have a lot of sugar and the manager [I think] allowed me to take my unsweetened tea in after the door attendant requested I throw it out. Very understanding and helpful!
We go to the movie every week and the employees are always friendly and respectful, some even remember our names and know what we want at the concessions area before we even order.

Wonderful experience. Comfortable sets. Great place to watch a movie. Need to be more organized when coming in and showing your movie ticket. Only one person ushering people in.
The theater is clean and does not smell bad.
What I don’t like is the nachos being prepackaged, u can taste the preservatives, and I don’t like not being able to pay cash

pleasant viewing experience, great audio, fairly priced snacks (especially the pizza), cozy reclining seats and atmosphere. staff was also kind and helpful.

The one problem:
Check in should be easy but they never have my Reel Rewards in the system. Only a worker is ever able to do that from a separate terminal.
