Good experience. Theater was clean and staff were nice
One of the best Theater experiences in recent years. Well worth the 45 minute drive.
We absolutely love Santikos! Every visit has been a great experience. The theater is always clean, the seats are incredibly comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The picture and sound quality are outstanding, making every movie feel like a special event. The concessions are fresh with plenty of options, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and family-friendly. Santikos has become our favorite place to watch movies, and we always look forward to coming back. Highly recommend!
comfortable seating, clean
Comfortable seats
Everything is usually great, but las tuesday the popcorn was not as fresh as it normally is, but we did not complain. Very friendly personal and clean theater.
Comfortable, perfect sound, perfect experience
Very nice
The theater is always clean and cool.
Clean , great service. The only thing is some of the seats need repaired or recovered
It was easy to use.
Do not like how all tickets cost the same. I have two children, 4 and 5 years old, they should not have to pay adult pricing.
The online ordering tickets was great. However the theater was over booked. Someone was in our seats with the same ticket seat numbers. We had to sit in the back with an obstructed view!!! How does this happen? So much for trying to be prepared!!!!
The atmosphere
Recliners!
It was great. Seats were comfy. Movie volume was nice and loud. And the customer service was AMAZING. My only complaint is the price of the food.
The Tuesday deal was very affordable and the employees were very nice
Clean and comfortable chairs.
The theater was neat and clean. Temperature was a bit cool. Seats comfortable and plenty of room between aisles.
Staff was friendly and polite. Everything was clean. Movie screens and sound very good. The temperature could’ve been slightly cooler but overall fine.
Good seats, picture, sound.
Everything
Being able to select a seat ahead of time is a great feature.
Always friendly good service.
We like everything about that theater.
The movie screen, seating, and concessions were enjoyable.
Was quick & no lines!
Friendly, helpful, and clean
The theater was clean and the staff, especially the lady that sits at the entrance reception area, are friendly and helpful. The theater is equipped with fabulous reclining chairs which are not only comfortable, they are spaced perfectly apart and are very roomy. The reception and volume of the movie is very well presented without being too loud. We especially enjoy the days we get a movie and popcorn discount…. It keeps us going back. The theater is located in North Macon which is the better part of town…. This is a huge benefit. Parking is excellent….. huge area right in front of the building. Great experience!! Thank you!!
I enjoyed everything about my experience. The employees were very helpful and it was clean.
It was easy to enter and find my movie. It was clean and had fresh popcorn and drinks
