Wonderful experience. Comfortable sets. Great place to watch a movie. Need to be more organized when coming in and showing your movie ticket. Only one person ushering people in.
The theater is clean and does not smell bad.
What I don’t like is the nachos being prepackaged, u can taste the preservatives, and I don’t like not being able to pay cash

The one problem:
Check in should be easy but they never have my Reel Rewards in the system. Only a worker is ever able to do that from a separate terminal.

Loved thee movie Melania. It wouldn't be the same on a small screen. Plus I love getting out of the house with friends. I am 85 years old.

I always come to this theater! I love the menu options, the seating is amazing, and the staff always does a great job helping. If I lived closer I would come even more often!
Easy to buy tickets
Clean, roomy, nice pizza, good audio and video.
I will very likely return. Seating is very comfortable, and fully reclinable. The Macon theater is Clean, including the female restrooms. Unfortunately, the food is okay. Popcorn is very salty. The Nachos dip need some improvement. The cocktail are good. The audio and visual are very nice. However the volume is little overwhelming for me, a little cotton ball in the ears help, lol

Movie was great, getting tickets was easy. Popcorn and soda were very good. Ladies room was not so great. Didn’t feel really clean.
I had a great time seeing Markiplier's Iron Lung! The seats were fantastic and the popcorn was delicious.

It’s fine. I know the theater industry has changed but I do miss having someone in the box office.
I wish the individual theaters had the movie title above the door instead of just the theater number sometimes old folks can’t remember where to go back to when they go to the bathroom.
Some of the recliners need attention but overall they seem to be in good condition.
The concession stand is very inefficient. Instead of one person on each register that takes the money makes the popcorn and makes the drinks, as a former movie theater manager, I’ve found it’s more efficient to have different team members working at different stations, 1 person strictly working the register, 1 on drinks and 1 on food.
I’d like to see a subscription program like AMC A List or Regals unlimited movie program. I’d actually spend more money than I do currently.
Overall the experience is adequate, I’m not dissatisfied. the screens and projectors and sound all seem to be good quality.
10 out of 10. I would recommend this theater for any premium theater experience.
Staff is very friendly, efficient, and helpful.
We go to the movie every week and the employees are always friendly and respectful, some even remember our names and know what we want at the concessions area before we even order.
