Hometown feel
Classes and Great facility
I joined this gym because it offers High Fitness, my favorite workout class, which is very important to me. I ended up loving everything else about it too - the actual gym equipment is great and just what I need, the pool and splash pad is such a great amenity with children, my husband always uses the sauna, the other fitness classes are fun, the community events and programs are cute, and all the staff are so friendly, and the facility is always clean and well taken care of. I'm also especially grateful for the childcare center and their wonderful staff, and the fact that they take very young babies, when other places make you wait until your child is at least 2 years old. If I had to wait like I would at other locations, it would have taken a great toll on my mental and physical health.
Convenient
Great facility! I’m older and need to stay active. So, the amenities offered are perfect for my budget
Yin yoga. Wish you had more gentle yoga classes
I love the atmosphere and how friendly and respectful everyone is to each other. The staff is wonderful and helpful. The Y is very clean and has all the equipment and machines you need for a great workout. There's a jogging track, pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room which are all clean and very nice. The classes are included in membership and are terrific, motivating and have the best instructors!

Excellent facilities.
Many program options.
Well organized and well equiped for all ages
Great place to exercise. Great classes for seniors. Friendly staff.
YMCA has several programs for all ages from the younger to older groups. The basketball court seems to always be in use, which is a great place to play all year round. The swimming poll seems to be use for pleasure and exercise.
Upstairs the weight room has machines and free weights that are well maintained and in constant use. I learned that yoga and meditation has helped me relax and become more flexible, both classes have helped me a great deal.
The staff is great, from the front desk to the trainers. The whole building and grounds are kept very clean, which makes my visit very enjoyable.
