Great atmosphere and it's always clean. Wonderful classes and instructors. I love that there's a lot of space and equipment is spread out. Really enjoy the pool, hot tub and sauna area as well. I've been a member for about 4 years now and it's my favorite place I've ever worked out at.
The Johnstown YMCA is always clean, the staff is friendly, and there are so many activities offered!

Variety of activities
My daughter joined a volleyball skills and scrimmage session and has learned the basics while being able to get some "game-like' experience. It is a great facility with a great coach!

Small classes
My son love the Swim Starters class! He has a lot of fun and he gets better every week.
The coaches are so great! We have had Kensi snd Aloysia so far and both have really helped my kiddo be more confident in the water. He can't wait to go to swimming lessons every week!
Marina and her instructors are absolutely the best! I do recommend them whenever I can because I believe that they save lives! Teaching and emphasizing water safety is so important and appreciate that Marina and her crew do that!

The facility is conveniently located and is kept up well. I like the classes and programs offered for all ages. I like that high schoolers can play competitive games there. The hours are convenient. I love the personal training program and I especially recognize Patti Nagle who is an excellent trainer.
