The facility is always clean and in good condition. It's not overly crowded and there are many machines, weights and cardio equipment available when it is busier. The pool and hot tub are clean and managed and upkept well. The biggest reason is the staff! Maddie, Molly, Lydia and Nicole have been beyond welcoming, friendly and amazing! Everything I come into the building, they welcome me with open arms and make my day so much better!
I like the sympathy how employees treat all people, from arrival to reception, in the use of the facilities, and to the way out when we say goodbye.
The classes are my favorite. I love how clean it is too and the staff are so nice!!

Close to home and has what I need
I loved that the water and facilities were SO much warmer than at the place we were going in Fort Collins. I also really enjoyed that for the last two classes, they let us play in the "kids" part for the last 5 minutes of class.
