The Johnstown Y swim lessons are well organized with great communication from the staff. The level 5 instructor is awesome! She’s focused and knowledgeable, and she has a great rapport with the kids. My son’s skill level skyrocketed this spring and summer.

Very friendly and informative staff. The pool area is always clean and staffed with life guards. The locker room and showers and bathrooms are always clean as well
The instructors are very patient with the kids, and they know what they’re doing. On the other hand , they ensure safety is at the top priority for the students and swimmers.

The class sizes are small and just long enough to get good practice in but also hold the kid's attention. The instructors are so sweet and remember every child's name and their personalities.
