The staff are very friendly, courteous and helpful - from the delivery guy to the lady on the phone who helped explain my bill.
We ran out of propane in the middle of the night during a recent snow. The person who took our call was helpful and patient (@3:45 a.m.), and our tank was filled early the next morning. I'm not sure why our tank hadn't been checked or topped off in over a year, but I can say that when we needed emergency service, it was handled promptly and courteously.

Very friendly service both on the telephone and delivery people. I have also asked for emergency deliveries because with my poor eyesight I cannot see the gauge on the tank in the ground very well. I have often misread it and asked for fuel when I thought it was down to 20% when in fact it was closer to 40%, but the company has accommodated me very well nevertheless.
