Your delivery was prompt, I had to call about my automatic fuel fill up. Since I am not a large user, my fill up was scheduled for Dec of 2025! That’s a whole year, I like to think someone would inquire with their customer if that would work or not? It’s been very cold, usage is up, no backup would mean I run out of propane! The lady on the phone was pleasant and aware of my scheduled fill up. She helped us to receive a timely delivery. Thank you.

I have always received good customer service over the phone when I have called to schedule a delivery. Delivery usually within days.

The only way I would recommend is if they deal with Verona Office directly. I had to make a trip to Verona to get propane delivered. I called in October and was put back on auto fill and paid 49$ to lock in a price for fuel. Called into office from phone number from internet only to be tranfered to someone else. That call was made January 6th to inform them I WAS OUT OF GAS. Now I realize we had bad weather and I was given the run around from an auto message until I walked into Verona office on the 14th of January. At that point I was furious! Cold weather and no propane bcuz someone screwed up. When I got into office and talked to those ladies they understood the frustration I had been dealing with. That evening I had guy come and delivered me some propane. This had been a nightmare for me. So go directly to an office bcuz you willnever get anywhere on the auto phone line.
