I am so glad you sent this survey. I really meant to send you guys an email and have been busy with activities. We are 110% if not more satisfied with the seat covers for our 2004 Silverado. This truck is my grandson's and he eagerly jumped into action when the box arrived. The covers fit perfect. We did add some foam rubber to the drivers and passenger seat which turned out to be a very positive move on our part. I can't brag enough on the whole experience from the day I placed the order until completion. Super job on the part of you and your staff. We have one proud puppy in the family!!!!

Quick and easy
fast shipping. This is the 3rd item I have bought from Rough Country. The tri-fold tonneau cover did not fit well and was extremely difficult to install but I called on a Saturday morning and was able to talk to a person. Their advice was not super helpful since the issue was the alignment of the bolt holes. I also bought a rubber bed mat. That fit well but it smells really bad even after several weeks. the 3rd item was sear covers. They fit ok except one of the back seatbelt holes is not in the right place. They are much more comfortable than some vinal ones I got on Amazon that I returned.
