Ordered some parts for my truck. I was missing 2 lug nuts in my order. I called customer service, they sent me a new set of lug nuts. Worked out perfectly, one of the lug nuts in the first order was bad. Need to replace 3, but have plenty of spares. Great customer service 👏 👌 👍

It was easy & straightforward.
The buying went well. Wheels and tires arrived promptly and on time. However the lug nuts didn't show. All tracking showed was in transit and will provide date when it starts moving again. FedEx would not allow me to submit a Lost claim. Well after 3 days of being late ( Sunday 11Aug) i get a call from a lady 10 miles away asking me if I have a lost FedEx package. I said I do. She said she found a box of lug nuts with a FedEx label inside and sealed in her box of pillows she received.... she thought it was a heavy box for pillows. she was nice enough to allow me to come to her house and get them. FedEx However dosen't seam to care when I contacted them and told them what happened. They still says it's on its way...

Buying online with Rough Country, was super easy. Put your trick make and model. Show pretty much all the accessories for your truck. Order sidesteps for my 2024 sierra 1500 SLT. The fit perfect.
Also ordered a hard tonneau for my Gmc sierra 1500 Denali. Also fit perfect.
