Got my product in a timely manner. Free shipping. I do not buy any products that charges shipping. It arrive a day before the shipping date. Foot boards look good on the truck.
My package had one railing damaged upon arrival. I asked to see what I could do, if I could receive just that railing or pay for it. Instead I got an entire new one coming in no questions asked other than my initial image.
