My salesperson was very helpful and understanding. However the boxes that your product is shipped is garbage! This is the second time the product was shipped to replace the first one because the product was damaged. This one was received in worse condition than the first. Reconsider your means in which your products are shipped. I put a lot of responsibility on FedEx handling.
